Arkansas CDL Skills Test Locations
Checked Oct 23, 2026 Official source: Arkansas State Police (ASP), Driver Examination
Arkansas State Police give CDL skills tests at only six troop locations: Little Rock, Newport, Hope, Harrison, Russellville and Lowell. CDL written tests are given at every troop testing site.
CDL skill tests are only administered at the Troop A (Little Rock), B (Newport), G (Hope), I (Harrison), J (Russellville) and L (Lowell) locations. ASP does not publish a third-party skills tester list on these pages.

Tips
- Only six places in Arkansas give the CDL skills test, so book early.
- Since October 1, 2025 the forward offset tracking exercise is one continuous motion and you must start reverse offset backing parallel to the boundary.
- Your truck and trailer must be completely empty when you arrive.
